Returns policy
Terms of returns and replacements
We will only provide a replacement or full refund in the following cases:
- Defective products related to quality issues.
- Delivery of different products than those ordered
Please notify the company within 7 days of receipt of the goods in order to make arrangements for their free return.
All products must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.

Please note that (unless you have exercised your right of cancellation as above) we cannot offer product exchanges or refunds for any opened and used products or products that do not present quality problems. The company disclaims all liability for product defect or failure, causes due to normal wear and tear, product misuse, abuse, product modification, selection of an unsuitable product, non-compliance with any codes, or incorrect application.
In the event that your order is not received by you, for any reason, the amount of the shipping costs of the order to you will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded to you. You have the right to re-submit the order, but you will be charged in addition to the shipping costs.
Return of defective products
Our company's priority is the high quality of the products available through our online store and the absolute satisfaction of our customers. For this reason, if you find that the product you received is defective, please contact our company at orders@freshline.gr or by phone at 210-6022242 to be informed about the product replacement or refund process. We also accept returns if different products are delivered than those ordered.
Please note that we cannot offer product exchanges or refunds for any opened products.
Right of withdrawal
Within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order, you have the right to withdraw, without giving any reason, from the contract and return the products.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is required that: (a) the products be returned in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. complete and undamaged and their packaging be the one that normally accompanies the products and be in excellent condition and (b) you bear the full cost of returning the goods.
The period for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 calendar days from the day following the day on which you acquired or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired physical possession of the products.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the above withdrawal deadline expires.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement. For this purpose, you can fill out the withdrawal form, which you can also find in the product packaging. You can send the withdrawal form either by post to the address Koropi Attica, 1st km. Lavriou Ave., Koropi - Markopoulo, or by fax to: 210-6022343, or if you scan it to the electronic contact address: orders@freshline.gr.
If you withdraw from this contract, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the above refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any costs for such refund. We are entitled to delay the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
