All orders are shipped by our company within two business days of your order confirmation. Otherwise, there will be a relevant announcement on the home page.

 

Shipping methods

Deliveries within Greece are made:

A. With the Easy Mail courier company and delivered:

- Within Athens in 2-3 days

- Land destinations in 2-4 days

- Island destinations in 2-5 days

- Remote / Inaccessible destinations in 2-7 days

B. With Box Now service 

"BOX NOW", as a delivery method, allows you to pick up your package yourself at any time you want at one of the "BOX NOW Locker" Automatic Delivery Machines.  When the selected locker is full at the time of delivery, Box Now, in order to avoid any delay in receiving the package, transfers it to the next closest locker.

 

Deliveries within Cyprus are made:

With the Easy Mail courier company. Easy Mail collaborates in Cyprus with the company GAP /AKIS EXPRESS which has more than 100 points throughout Cyprus with many years of experience in the field of Last Mile . Your shipments will be available for pickup from the partner's local office ( PUDO ) within 1-3 days of receiving the package from Easy Mail.

 

Deliveries within Europe are carried out by Easy Mail via DHL d2d  and are delivered within 2-5 days.

Please note that your order cannot be fulfilled if you select a shipping address outside the EU.

The delivery times mentioned are indicative and may be subject to change. The website www.freshline.gr cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery or loss of your package by the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and appear at checkout. They vary depending on the amount of the order, the shipping option selected, and the desired shipping address.

Shipping costs as per below:

·         Shipping to Greece via Easy Email : 3.00€

·         Shipping to Greece via Box Now : 1.90€

·         Shipping to Cyprus via Easy Email : 10.00€

·         Shipping abroad via Easy Mail: €25.00 for parcels up to 2kg and an extra charge of €4.5 for each  additional 0.5kg

·        Cash on delivery fee: (only applies to shipments to Greece and only when the system allows it)

Easy Mail: 2,00€

Box Now: 1,00€

For shipments to Greece, shipping is free for purchases over €35. 

For shipments to Cyprus, shipping is free for purchases over €65.
