Loyalty card member privileges
Using your membership card you can collect points on every purchase you make and redeem them in our physical stores! For every €1 you collect 5 points!!

How do I get a loyalty card?
Visit the nearest Fresh Line store, fill out the registration form and receive your membership card directly.

Where can I use it?
You can use your card to collect points from purchases you make in our physical stores as well as from your online purchases through our site www.freshline.gr.

Physical stores
When you select the products you wish to purchase, inform the cashier that you have a membership card so that the points from your new purchase can be added.

Online shopping
Guest : If you want to complete your order as a "guest" and have a membership card, you will need to add the products you want to the shopping cart and then, at the check out stage, fill in your card details so that the points can be added.
My Account : If you already have a profile, log in and add your membership card details to earn points on all purchases you complete through our site.

**Points are collected based on the value of the products and not the final amount of the basket, which may include shipping costs and cash on delivery.

How do I redeem?
Points can only be redeemed in our physical stores (within Greece). You can choose the amount you want to redeem your points for:
POINTS: 1,000 / REDEEM €15
POINTS: 2,000 / REDEEM €33
POINTS: 3,000 / REDEEM €55
* Points do not expire at the end of the year, they are simply transferred.
