Call for Orders

Ordering in Greece

Our e-shop is not yet activated. However you can place your order via email (customer.service@freshline.gr) or phone (+30 210 6022242). We will ship your order via courier service. No matter how many items you order, our standard delivery rate is 8,64€. (If you would like to use your own courier service, please inform customer service when ordering). The payment is effected upon delivery, cash only, directly to the courier. We are able to process your order within 3 working days (subject to stock availability), and deliver within 2-3 working days to mainland Greece and 3-4 working days to Greek islands or remote areas. Standard delivery is FREE for orders above 100€. Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Fresh Formula S.A delivers to any address in Greece. If there is no one at the address given who is able and competent to accept delivery of the products, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of the products.

Ordering outside of Greece

Orders can be shipped internationally through the Greek regular post office. In this case, there is a delivery flat rate of ~25€ for up to 2kgs and the payment is effected via deposit in the company’s bank account. The description of the products you order will be as shown on the Website at the time you place your order. Whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colours you see will depend on your computer and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on deliver.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the dispatch from our warehouse, with no charge. In such case, please inform us in time via phone (+30 210 6022242) or e-mail (customer.service@freshline.gr).

Returns & Exchange Policy

We will issue an exchange or a full refund only in the following cases:

  • Defective items with quality problems
  • We have delivered different items than the ones on order

Please notify the company within 7 days of receiving the goods in order to make arrangements for their free return. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. The products will be returned to the company’s address: Fresh Line 1st Klm Lavriou Ave, Koropiou – Markopoulou, 19400, Koropi, Attica

Please note that (except where you exercise your right of cancellation above) we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened and used products, or products that do not have quality defects. We disclaim any and all liability for product defect or failure, claims that are due to normal wear, product misuse, abuse, product modification, improper product selection, non-compliance with any codes, or misapplication

Prices

The price of the products and delivery charges are shown in Euros and are inclusive of VAT.
